| How It Works - Blazn Grill Works |
|
How does a pellet grill work?
A feed motor turns an auger which feeds wood pellets into a burn pot. Inside the burn pot is the automatic igniter that lights the pellets within 3 minutes and a fan keeps the fire going. The digital control board reads the thermal sensor located inside the grill to regulate internal temperature. You have the convenience of a gas grill and the taste of all natural wood pellets. A pellet grill allows you to barbecue (low and slow), grill, smoke, bake and roast. Use your lower settings to smoke and higher settings to grill.
One of the exclusive features uniqe to Blaz'n Grill Works is the convenient slide out burn pot for easy and safe ash removal. Many of our competitors require you to remove the grates and grease tray before being able to clean out the burn pot with a vacuum. And the grill must be cool before doing so. Our burn pot can slide out at anytime, even while grilling. This procedure is safe and fast.
All natural wood pellets
Most grills use propane, natural gas, or charcoal. Flare ups can occur frequently. Using all natural wood pellets yields a more intense smoke more quickly which seals the food, locking in the natural moisture and adding smoke flavor in the process. There are several flavors to choose from including Hickory, Mesquite, Apple, Cherry, Oak, Pecan and more.
